What type of wax do you use in your wax melts?

We use 100% natural soy wax in all of our wax melt snap bars. Soy wax is a plant-based, renewable resource that is non-toxic, non-carcinogenic, and free from harmful additives. It also provides a longer-lasting fragrance compared to paraffin wax.

What fragrance ingredients are used in your soy wax melts?

Our wax melts are made using premium fragrance blends created from high-quality ingredients. All fragrances are carefully selected to ensure a strong, long-lasting scent throw while remaining safe to use in your home.

How long does the fragrance last?

Each 45g soy wax melt snap bar offers excellent scent longevity. One snap typically provides 8–12 hours of fragrance, with up to 60 hours of scent per bar. Fragrance duration may vary depending on your wax warmer, room size, and personal scent preference.

Are your soy wax melts vegan?

Yes! All of our soy wax melts are 100% vegan-friendly, including the wax and fragrance oils. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients or test on animals.

Why do my soy wax melts change colour?

Soy wax can naturally change colour or develop frosting over time, especially when exposed to light or temperature changes. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality, safety, or scent of your wax melts.

How can I maximise the burn time of my wax melts?

To get the best performance from your wax melts, we recommend using them for 4–5 hours at a time. Avoid continuous use beyond 6 hours to preserve the fragrance and extend the life of your melt.

Do wax melts disappear when used?

No – wax melts do not evaporate like candles. The fragrance will gradually fade, but the wax itself remains in the burner and can be replaced once the scent is no longer noticeable.

Is it safe to leave a wax warmer unattended?

For safety reasons, never leave a wax burner unattended or within reach of children or pets. Always turn your warmer off when leaving the room and allow the wax to cool completely before handling.

How do I remove wax melts from my wax burner?

Once the burner is turned off, place cotton balls or paper towels into the warm wax to absorb it. Alternatively, allow the wax to cool, then briefly re-warm it just enough to loosen for easy removal.

Are wax melts better than soy candles?

Many customers prefer wax melts because they deliver a stronger scent throw, last longer per gram of wax, and don’t require an open flame or wick. Wax melts are a great alternative for fragrance lovers.
