What type of wax do you use?

We proudly use 100% natural soy wax in our melts—free from harmful additives. This plant-based wax is non-toxic, non-carcinogenic, and burns about 50% longer than paraffin alternatives.

What fragrance ingredients do you use?

Our melts are crafted with premium, phthalate-free fragrance blends made from high-quality, safe ingredients.

How long can I expect the fragrance to last?

Our 45g snap bars typically provide 8–12 hours of fragrance per piece, with up to 60 hours of scent per bar. This is a general guide only — actual fragrance time can vary based on your warmer, room size, and personal scent sensitivity.

Are your soy wax melts vegan?

Yes! Every ingredient, including our fragrances, is 100% vegan-friendly.

Why do my soy wax melts change color?

Soy wax can naturally change appearance over time, especially if left unused. This does not affect the quality or scent of your melts.

How can I maximise burn time?

For the best experience, use your melts for 4 to 5 hours at a time, avoiding continuous use beyond 6 hours.

Do wax melts disappear?

Not exactly. While the fragrance fades, the wax itself does not evaporate like a candle.

Can I leave wax warmers unattended?

For safety, never leave tea-light wax warmers unattended or within reach of pets and children. Always allow wax to cool before handling.

How do I remove wax melts from the warmer?

Place cotton balls in the warmer after turning it off to soak up the wax, or let the wax cool and then briefly warm it to soften for easy removal.

Are wax melts superior to soy candles?

Definitely! Soy wax melts last longer and provide a stronger fragrance without producing carbon dioxide from a wick.

All our melts are lovingly handcrafted in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Snap off a piece from your wax melt snap bar and place it into a tealight wax warmer. Light an unscented tealight candle beneath or use an electric wax warmer. As the wax melts, it gradually releases a captivating fragrance that fills your space with a warm, inviting aroma.

Standard delivery is $4.50 & rural delivery is $10.50

We dispatch all orders via New Zealand Post. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days for the South Island and 2–4 business days for the North Island. Please note that rural areas and larger parcels may require additional time.

Order processing usually takes 1–2 business days. During public holidays and busy periods, processing and delivery may take a little longer. While these are estimated times, we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
