We proudly use 100% natural soy wax in our melts—free from harmful additives. This plant-based wax is non-toxic and non-carcinogenic, burning approximately 50% longer than paraffin alternatives.

What Fragrance Ingredients Do You Use?
We use premium fragrance blends to create our melts. Our scents are phthalate free and made from high-quality, safe ingredients.

Are Your Soy Wax Melts Vegan?
Every ingredient, including our fragrances, is vegan-friendly.

Why Do My Soy Wax Melts Change Colour?
It’s normal for soy wax to change appearance over time, especially if left unused. This natural variation doesn’t affect the quality or scent of the melts.

How Can I Maximise Burn Time?
To get the most out of your melts, we suggest using them for 4 to 5 hours at a time, but avoid exceeding 6 hours.

Do Wax Melts Disappear?
Not exactly. The scent will fade over time, but the wax itself won’t evaporate like a candle does.

Can I Leave Wax Warmers Unattended?
For safety, never leave traditional tea-light wax warmers unattended or within reach of pets and children. Always let the wax cool before handling.

How Do I Remove Wax Melts from the Warmer?
To easily remove melted wax, place cotton balls in the warmer after turning it off—these will soak up the wax. Alternatively, wait for the wax to cool, then briefly relight the warmer to soften the wax, allowing it to slide out effortlessly.

Are Wax Melts Superior to Soy Candles?
Definitely! Soy wax melts last longer and deliver a more potent fragrance compared to soy candles, as they don’t produce carbon dioxide from a wick.

Where Are Your Scented Soy Wax Melts Made?
All of our melts are lovingly handcrafted in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Snap of a piece off your wax melt snap bar. Simply place the piece in a tealight warmer and light an unscented tea light, or use an electric wax warmer. As the wax melts, it will gradually release its enchanting aroma throughout your space.

Delivery estimates are 2-3 business days for the South Island, 2-4 days for the North Island, with longer times for rural areas & larger parcels. All parcels are sent via New Zealand Post.

It generally takes 1 business day to process your order. Please allow extra time during public holidays and other busy periods. These times are just estimates, however we aim to get your order to you as fast as we can.
